Admission Process & Requirements
Step 1: Purchase & Submit Application Form
Obtain the admission form from the school office or download it from our website. Complete the form carefully with accurate child and parent information.
Attach these required documents:

Step 2: Classroom Assessment
Unlike older students, our youngest learners are assessed through a gentle, play-based observation. For Nursery applicants, we observe how they interact with other children and respond to simple instructions in a relaxed setting. For Primary applicants, a basic literacy and numeracy assessment is conducted in a friendly, pressure-free environment.
Step 3: Interview
Successful candidates and their parents are invited for a warm, conversational interview with the Head of School or Principal. This helps us understand your child's personality, any special needs, and your family's values, ensuring Vincy-Froebel is the perfect fit for your child.
Step 4: Admission Offer
Candidates who are a good fit receive an official admission letter. Parents must confirm acceptance by paying the required fees before the stated deadline to secure their child's place.
Step 5: Registration & Orientation
After fee confirmation, parents complete all registration procedures. Both parents and children are invited to a special orientation session where they meet the class teacher, see their classroom, and begin forming the home-school partnership that will support your child throughout their journey.
